Ingredients (2-3 servings)
＊1 pc Shinshu Secret
＊1 Tbsp fermented cream or vegan mayonnaise
＊A pinch of salt and pepper
＊TOKYO VEG LIFE spice up Salad or herb/spice mix of choice
How to make
1．Finely chop cucumber, carrot and onion.
2．Combine with Shinshu Secret, fermented cream, salt & pepper and spice up Salad. Mix well.
3．Make a sandwich with bread of your choice with some sprout and pickles (optional).
You can also put in some lettuce, avocado slices etc.
