Vegan cheese salad sandwich recipe with Shinshu Secret.


Ingredients (2-3 servings)
*1/4 cucumber
*1/8 carrot
*1/4 onion
*1 pc Shinshu Secret
*1 Tbsp fermented cream or vegan mayonnaise
*A pinch of salt and pepper
*TOKYO VEG LIFE spice up Salad or herb/spice mix of choice
*Sprout (optional)
*Pickles (optional)

How to make
1.Finely chop cucumber, carrot and onion.
2.Combine with Shinshu Secret, fermented cream, salt & pepper and spice up Salad. Mix well.
3.Make a sandwich with bread of your choice with some sprout and pickles (optional).

You can also put in some lettuce, avocado slices etc.
